DEPOSIT
Most landlords require 4-6 weeks deposit and a month’s rental in advance. Your deposit is kept safe in a secure government scheme. The deposit is held to cover any damage or liabilities as per your tenancy agreement. When you rent the property, you will be provided with a full inventory so everything is documented for you.

MONTHLY RENT
Rent is payable monthly in advance.
You will need to pay all other bills yourself unless you are renting a room (see below).
Including, but not exclusive, council tax, gas, electric, water, telephone and any other extras.
If you are renting a room, bills are generally included unless you want extras e.g. Sky.
